Renewal Hub LLC is a New York State licensed real estate broker specializing in residential lease renewals and related rental brokerage services. Renewal Hub LLC does not represent purchasers or sellers in real estate sales transactions and does not offer home-purchase brokerage services.

Pursuant to New York Real Property Law § 442-h, Renewal Hub LLC publishes the following standardized operating procedures concerning prospective homebuyers:

• Identification: Not applicable. Renewal Hub LLC does not provide homebuyer brokerage services and therefore does not require prospective homebuyers to provide identification.
• Exclusive Buyer-Broker Agreement: Not applicable. Renewal Hub LLC does not represent prospective homebuyers and does not require an exclusive buyer-broker agreement.
• Mortgage Preapproval: Not applicable. Renewal Hub LLC does not provide homebuyer brokerage services and does not require prospective homebuyers to obtain a mortgage preapproval.

If Renewal Hub LLC begins providing real estate sales or homebuyer representation services in the future, revised standardized operating procedures will be adopted and posted before those services are offered.

Renewal Hub LLC applies all policies and provides all services uniformly and without discrimination based on any characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law.
